Background

Josh graduated from Otago Polytechnic in 2011 with a Diploma in Personal Training and has been working in gyms ever since. He loves helping people improve the way they move. However, wanting to develop a more hands on treatment skillset to accompany his movement background, Josh went back to study and completed a Massage Therapy Diploma in 2016. In 2019 he extended his skill set again by completing the Hands On level I and II MLD courses.

Outside of the Health and Wellness arena, Josh’s passions include cooking (and eating), travel, and raising a young family.

Background

In 2021 Wendy graduated with Excellence in a diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. Her interest in massage stems from previously being a competitive swimmer. As a consequence of intensive training, she has had various experiences with manual therapists. She found remedial massage therapy to be the most effective. A move to New Zealand allowed for a career change and facilitated her in retraining as an RMT and completing the level 1 and 2 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) course. Out of the clinic her interests are rowing and travelling.

Background

Elisia prides herself on providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience for her clients, with her goal to help people achieve everyday comfort. Elisia completed her Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage in 2021. She opened up her own business within a Chiropractic Clinic in Auckland and worked with clients to complement their chiropractic treatments. She also provided massage to people from many walks of life, including up and coming marathon runners to busy office workers. 

In 2022 Elisia travelled to Europe and experienced working with an Amercia’s Cup sailing team, assisting their physio in treating athletes and keeping them in the best shape as possible while they underwent their intense physical training. 

She has since moved to Christchurch and completed her Remedial Massage Diploma last year.  Elisia enjoys helping clients to perform to their best in every aspect of their daily lives. She hopes to empower people through massage, bringing both their mental and physical state back to a place of equilibrium. 

When not in clinic she enjoys being out in nature, reading and exploring new places.
